2 to 3 hours but 6 hours later still waiting
At 2:30pm I requested, my old sim card be deactivated and new card be activated. I was told I would wait 2/3 hours. 6 hours later both my cards are now deactivated. I have no way of contacting anyone in the event of an emergency. Not a good feeling as a single female. I have sent emails to the ...
