Incompetent operators and bad service
I cancelled my DSTV package in Nov 2012. January 2013 I requested to only view sabc1, 2, 3 and E-tv, end January they cutt off the signal, I phoned in and was requested to pay a reconnection fee and some other fees which I did pay and signal was restored.
