After sales service

Bought a sinotech tv in year 2006, returned it to them due to a blue screen. Struggled to get my tv back, after many emails and calls it was delivered after almost 2months. When I received the wifi could not be enabled. Due to the fact that i received my tv after almost 2 months i didnt report. Now my tv is not longer on warranty fine no problem. Checked the tv found out the wifi module is burnt. Now i am struggling to get the module. Its now 2 weeks trying to enquire if they can sell me a module. Still not assisted. Spoke to a consultant who said the parts department will call me even now. Is it that they sell tvs without spare parts or its just a bad after sales service
