It's been 3 weeks since I took my TV for repair at Bara Mall, they said my matter was referred to your Head Office. But im not any way forward instead I'm getting excuse. Is this how you guys work. I'm paying for the TV, it's under insurance. What does it have to take for you guys to fix my TV, because if you failing to Fix it, refund me my money so that I can buy a new TV somewhere else.
I'm really not happy with your services. It the 3rd email I've sent you, and you not considering my matter to be serious.
