My car was damaged a month ago and I was given courtesy car. I was informed by the panel beater that due to the automobile strike, my car parts has delayed. After 30 days my car was not repaired and had to return car, called the call centre trying to get an extension as I do not have other means of transport. Woolworth's insurance refused my request and I asked them what happens under this circumstances? Don't they have back up plans to accommodate such situations. I do not have a clear date as to when will my car be fixed, what must I do in the meantime? Isn't this the reason why I have insurance? Ive been with you guys for 4 yrs and this is my 1st claim and you guys couldn't go out of your way to help me out?

Im not happy with the way you treat me as your loyal client. I expect my insurance to help me fight my battles with the panelbeaters but instead you guys referred me to the panelbeater that was chosen by you.
