I placed an order 3 weeks ago. I had been calling tirelessly to follow up on it & when I received it, you guys sent me something that a) I DID NOT order & b) less than the value I paid. I am sick & tired of you guys! I've spent over R200 in phone calls to you over the past 3 weeks & no one has the decency to come back to me! I spoke to Praise at 12:27 on Friday & he PROMISED that his supervisor would call me before close of business to sort this out. He is one of many who have made this promise to me! Everyone says the matter will be referred but hahaha, what a joke. When I was asked to make payment, I did so in less than 24 hours but when you guys up it's taking you forever to resolve & you keep ignoring me! I demand my refund postage R661.92 (the post office has confirmed that you have received my returned goods). I have sent you many emails regarding this & NO ONE RESPONDS!
How the can you decide what to send me if you do not have stock of what I ordered? To top it off, send me something LESS in value?! Who do you think you are making decisions for me AND making me beg you for money YOU OWE ME. I will NEVER purchase anything from you, ever again!
