My lift to the airport had an emergency on Friday 26 April so I had to take the Gautrein. I booked in on-line well in advance. I arrived late but the service desk still printed my ticket because I was already checked in and I went through the security gates. There was a bunch of people standing at the gate. I showed my boarding pass to the official and he refused me to go through. When I asked him why I am not allowed to go through he told me that I am being off-loaded and it isnow time for the people that are on standby. He then let through several people. This, after I explained to him that this was an emergency as I had to go pick up my baby and had no transport or money if they did not allow me on the flight. He said come back tomorrow at 12 and stand in a queue and see what happens.

Apart from the fact that I had nowhere to go I had to borrow ANOTHER R1400 for a ticket on another airline and my lift at King Shaka had to wait for another 2 hours. I want my money back. You cheated me out of money whilst humiliating me and discriminating against me cause I'm a white female that could not do anything. Its SHOCKING!
