SLOW DRIVING

We left Roodepoort, raced all the way to the airport, checked in at the long term parking at 6:04 am, I have the ticket with me, we missed my son's Kalula flight that departed at 10 past 7. I had to pay an extra 1175 to get him on the flight at 4 and had a HUGE fight with those B from Kalula, I was in tears, and you know what, nobody cared, I am on the plane for the next month and have to put up with SAA being an hour late on ever flight, sitting next to rude politicians too and from East London and I decided to bring my disabled child down to East London with me for a holiday since I am going to be flying up and down and up and down just to avoid the airport, and that driver drove like a f snail. Yes I use foul language, it is part of my vocabulary when I get mad. I did not swear at your driver or at the kalula staff who threw a bomb in my face who were then amazed that I responded to a bomb blowing up in my face. Your policies are that if a customer gets upset they get refused service. You peole are PATHETIC!! You and Kalula!!!
