Beware never lose anything by accident on. Kalula flight or its welcome to I was on a flight MN 481 from Lanseria to Capetown and my ID slipped from the rest of my documents in the pouch in the seat in front of me. I phoned the help desk, they gave me a no 011 702 7315 which I tried. Every time I phoned it says the "voice mail box is full" I phoned help desk again and was told to try 011 702 7319. The same again. "Voice mail box full" I walked to the ticked sale office and asked if there is anyone that can help me. They kept calling someone, eventually another woman came and she phoned a number. They handed me the phone and a person said she is Suzie and that the plane did a quick turn around and is back on its way to Johannesburg. I asked her if she could find out if they find anything there where the plane is heading to. She said will phone me back.
That was Saturday morning by Tuesday, still no answer from her. I got another two numbers from help desk for Kalula in Johannesburg 011 971 8309 and 011 971 8305 those two numbers did not work either.
Got another number for Cape town 0219360042 and the help Centre said I can ask the Kulula staff to try fro contact Kalula
