I booked a return flight from johannesburg to pietermaritzburg on SAA Airlink using the SAA website for my friends mother and the baggage allowance t&c's told me i could carry 1 bag that weighs 23kgs only to find out she could only carry 2okg's. the website did not specify how an bag (s)/kg's she could carry. i only learned at the airport that she had to pay the extra 2kg's for her bag which was 22kg's. i am very dissapointed with the level of terms and conditions we get. wh don't they put both the saa and the sa airlink t&c's? it is not clear what you can bring!
