I paid extra on my credit card on 30 March 2013 but it didnt reflect on my statement. I emailed to follow up. With no response, I called to follow up after I was asked to send proof of payment (which I did) for days never got feedback, then emailed again (no Feedback) then called again and was promised to be called back on Wednesday morning latest (still no call)
I am no tired of following up begging and asking for someone to tell me where my funds are!!
Sort this out please!!
