Incompetence and poor service

I have been emailing and faxing Voyager in order to simply change my email and my mobile no. To date I have emailed [Email Removed] and faxed the relevant fax no I took off the SAA Voyager website. I have been communicating with them on mail, fax and through their call centre and to date they have not rectified this simple request. This is unacceptable.
