Booking online by my brother in law for return flights Lanseria/Cape Town, which included me. Booking was made on my nickname and not my registered names.
We were advised that booking name can't be changed to match his registered names as per ACSA's regulations. I do not see why a ticket can't be re-issued as we bought this under [URL Removed] attention 3days in advance. I repeatedly asked for assistance to solve this matter and come to a solution for the problem with no success. I do not see how paying for another ticket full price only for the first one not to be used by any one.
