Mango Airlines
R2100 for an IT erro

The booking page reverted to 8am instead of 8pm when I did a booking, I called the customer line IMMEDIATELY to change this as it was a mistake. I had to pay R2100 in total for a ticket that would have costed R1500. I was not allowed to cancel the flight so I could redo it instead of paying an additional charge due to an error. Its ridiculous.Even when I did the change it reverted to the incorrect time again and I had to fix this.The person I had spoken to said eventhough the flight is cheaper mango doesnt allow the cheaper fee, but they resreve the right to charge us should it be more expensive.
I dont mind following conditions when changing a flight, but this was within seconds of booking it and due to and IT error.
