How long must I wait Flexiclub?

I sent a letter to Flexiclub on 5th May 2013 via email and also registered post regarding termination of my flexiclub membership, I complied with all the requirements that were passed by the flexiclub board resolution at the AGM 2011: Termination can only be approved if a member has been a member for more than 5 years, the agreement purchase price (bond account) must be settled the current year annual fees settled in full, membership cancellation must be submitted between January and May.
I have sent several emails since May asking about the progress of my request and all I have had is electronic automated email responses saying we are attending to the matter to which I am unable to reply. I have complied with all the requirements and I think it is a disgrace that 5 months later I still have not had any contact regarding this issue. It appears Fleixclub is waiting for the next bill to be issued which they will expect me to pay before they will terminate my membership.
