Flexiclub - bad service - greedy company

I tried to cancel my contract for this year. Sent the mail to then about 3 June last year - just after my dad passed away. They have ignored my mails, ignored my request to cancel. I had a tough time last year, and had to quit my job for my health - but they still want the money they think they are owed. I have never been able to get accomodation in the places that we wanted or needed, they are always full. The final straw was trying to use the points to book into a place in PE, as my dad was in ICU there - mid-week out of season, they had nothing. Flexiclub is not a company i would recomment to anyone, they only want money, and dont care about if you can afford to pay it or not. I have now been threatened by them on fees for 2013, i have relocated to the eastern cape to be with my mother and recover after my breakdown. I am not employed and my husband is still working in JHB so that we could do this. So if anyone in flexiclub actually has a heart and not just filled with greed - maybe you can help.
