In July 2012, I decided to convert a Timeshare week I own at Magalies Park to Flexi-Club points.. Contract was completed and payment of R7 885.00 paid. Many, many many phone calls, emails and resent documents later, I still have nothing and I am out of pocket R7 885.00.
These people do not return calls, they constantly pass the buck and nobody tells you the truth. They about conditions pertaining to what they are offering you and the people you deal with turnover by the week.
The way I have been treated is. I have paid money I have worked for to people who are dishonest and are doing everything in their means to ignore my situation and not return my money as I have requested them to do.
BE WARNED OF DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY!
