Offer a service but cant provide

Within the last FOUR months we spend around R60 000 wit SAA.

With our last TWO flights (11 and 15 Apr) there was NO food for us on plain. When I made the booking THREE weeks ago I choose what we wanted as it gives you an option to choose from... However we had NO food on the plain? BOTH TRIPS, first time 6 passengers and second trip 8 passengers. We were also travelling with kids - how do you explain to them there is NO provision for food but they are HUNGRY! We also prefer domestic flights with SAA as the meals are included and make hand luggage easier.

WHY DOES SAA OFFER A SERVICE THEY CANT PROVIDE???

Secondly I phoned SAA on 8 April 2013 14h00 asking for an oxygen machine for my mum. The lady Quoted me $150USD. We got cut of as I had another call that came in. When I phoned back on Tuesday 9 Apr 8h21 AND 8h29 to CONFIRM the quote, the airline NO longer supply that service??? So why did they quote me the previous day?

This is really unacceptable and pathetic service from the biggest airline company in South Africa.

I'm really disgusted and dissappointed with the service
