Translux/City To City
Bus driver threat

I was supposed to travel on the Translux bus for Jhb on the 10th of April 2013. Upon my arrivel at the Bellville depot, I decided not to take the bus and enquired about a refund. I was informed that it could only be done 3 hours prior to departure, but that a voucher could be issued with 25% of the original amount deducted for admin costs. In light of the information received I decided to go ahead as originally planned. My Mother and myself were standing outside waiting for the busses to arrive. Upon arrival the bus driver of the Johannesburg bus immediatly approached my Mom and myself and asked if we had been drinking. My Mom informed him that we had a glass of wine each at home before we left. He was adament that we would cause trouble as he could not understand why I was crying and kept on saying that I was going to jump of the bus along the road. Eventually the bus driver left us alone and we proceeded to check in my luggage, just to be confronted by the host of the bus with regards to the bus drivers "concerns". Needless to say this was the worst experience of my life. The ticket office also refused to divulge the bus driver's name when asked.
