When the Translux arrived, half an hour late, the bus driver barely stopped before just carrying on. We were standing across the road, about 20 metres away, the driver stopped, paused, as we were about to cross he sped away.
It then took an hour and a half to get a response from the call centre as to what had happened, and whether that was indeed the bus we were expecting. Only when requesting that we speak to a manager could the operations people and bus driver be 'suddenly' contacted, whereas before they could not for 'some reason'. The call centre operatives reasoning as to what could have happened with the bus driver was that "I don't know maybe he was drunk".
Needless to say - despite the fact that the ticket was then changed for the next day - hours of our time had now been wasted. Completely unacceptable.
