I traveled to Kimberley on the 22nd September from Johannesburg. The on board hostess was very friendly. The movies while old were definitely entertaining and made the trip seem shorter. The coach was clean and neat. Just before arriving in Kimberley I received a call from my arranged transportation. This meant that I was now to jump off at the Ultra city instead of the Information center as originally agreed. At the Ultra city I requested my luggage from the driver as he was in the process of removing other passengers luggage. He informed me that he would not hand over the luggage as it was packed in the Information area drop off. I informed him that there was a change of plans and the case right next to him was mine. He responded to me very rudely and then informed me that my luggage would be dropped off at the information center and that I was more than welcome to follow the bus there to retrieve my luggage. He then mumbled to himself that passengers were as they never know where they are going.
Beside the bad attitude of the driver the trip was great but I would never recommend Greyhound as the ordinary passengers bus.
That is the main reason I returned with Translux.
