I was misled into getting a free holiday by Kaysen Naidoo. When I called the Flexi club office no one could pick up my membership card details and I got transferred 3 times before going to the correct department. I eventually spoke to a consultant named Joanne Reddy. She was patient and listened to every detail of my story. I was glad that a consultant actually took time out and listened to me- by the end of the call I was happy that I got a free 2 year membership with amazing discounts. I would like Flexi Club to know that you have a valuable consultant that appreciates elderly people even though I shouted at her in the start - she calmed me down and was professional.
