I just recently lost my job and would like to cancel membership. I can't afford the membership fees any more and don't want to get to position where my name is blacklisted at credit bureaux which will make it more difficult for me to find another job. I'm happy to forfeit all monies and points accumulated thus fur. Please help I'm desperate. Tried calling call centre and being put on hold for extended time
