SAA... TIME FOR NEW MANGT

I got ticket from Durban to Lagos. out of SA on the 26th of Jan. tried to return to SA on the 28th of March from Lagos, i was told that i could not use the ticket as the Jhb to Durban leg was used in 2014... Yes 2014. Try explaining what nonsense this is to somebody in Lagos. I was told to get a new ticket or get off the line as i was holding up the boarding process.
What would have happened if i had no money.
Just my luck, i had another ticket to fly out of SA.
On Monday, the 1st of May I flew from Durban to Jhb, to catch my return flight to Lagos. I was taken off the flight after being given a boarding and passing immigration. Because SAA said there was something wrong with my visa. I cud not leave SA and went to the Embassy to fix... Guess what, there was nothibg wrong with the visa.
THE SAA FLIGHT WAS OVERBOOKED AND THESE ARTISTS ARE USING EVERY TRICK IN THE BOOK TO TAKE ADDITIONALLY BOOKED PASSENGERS OF THE FLIGHT.

Today, i flew from Durban to Jhb to catch a connecting fllight to Lagos..i arrive here and the flight is again overbooked. SAA staff at check in without a badge refuse to give their names... GO TO TICKET SALES. NOW I AM In THE LINE
