Hi.
I have just written an email to BA and in the meantime wanted to see how they are faring in general. I was reading a number of complaints and BA's replies and noticed that it is impossible to form an opinion about how they handle problems as all the replies (all the ones that I opened) are only to inform people that someone will be in contact. Why can't the person who will be in contact respond HERE so we can all read it? That is the purpose of this site. Worse still is a reply from a Fazila Khan from Customer Relations saying "Please refer (sic) to your email address for further correspondence" (I think it is meant to say "please check your email ...". Why could she not have responded here? We would all like to know why the complainant was lost his seat, why he was to and what BA did about it.
