I think this is a great site and have used it for both compliments and complaints over the years.
One thing that does get to me, though, is the ongoing generic replies many of your companies that respond use. The "a senior executive will contact you' or 'we well make contact with you' replies say nothing.
And yet, this is standard on so many responses from companies 'who care'
I, and I am sure many other users, would like to know if there WAS a call, and if the matter was settled or resolved. Or get the other side of the complaints.
The current system often just gives the impression that the companies who respond just have a program that sends the same old tired response every time, and that they really do not care. They just want to be seem to respond.
