No response with regards to our query

I work for some organisation and we have to corporate accounts/cellphone contracts with Autopage. Since last year November we have been trying to change the email address that the invoices are sent to and the postal address on the invoices themselves. Airtime has been wasted trying to get through the call centre and when we do get through nobody is able to assist us. Eventually someone was referred to me and they promised to deal with out account so whatever query I have I must contact him, Stalin Jekels. The first time I send him an email he read it but never responded. The second time I followed up still he read and didn't respond. I had another query where I wanted to check if both cellphones numbers have a debit order instruction, he read the email again but didn't respond. Firstly it is quite a mission to get through the corporate section in your company as the phone is forever ringing on it's own. Really what is one supposed to do in this case? I am utterly annoyed!
