I want to cancel this contract

Since Oct/Nov 2012 I've tried to cancel this contract with ACI. Reasons: 1) I had an internal company restructuring and cannot afford this anymore. 2) The agent selling this to me did not tell that a yearly admin fee is payable. (YES, WE DID SIGN A CONTRACT, BUT IF YOU TRY TO SELL SOMETHING, BE OPEN ABOUT THIS). 3) We tried to book a weekend at Swakopmund, but the reply I got was that we need to book for at least a week. (THAT WAS NOT MENTIONED AT THE TIME OF SIGNING THE CONTRACT). 4) My wife send a mail to them to ask what other guest houses in Namibia, etc. are available to use with these shares. It's now 2 weeks and with no response. 5) It was also mentioned upon signing the contract that one can sell your bonus weekends to cover your yearly fees. I've send mails for the past 6 months and no luck. I've also phoned the sales person and he even told me that he will still sell this for me. No luck after 6 months.
Since last year October they've requested prove of my income, bills, expenses, etc. and then they told me that they will review this and come back to me and this can take up to 2 weeks. They reviewed now the last 6 months and said it can take untill May 2013. Please help.
