On the 12 October 2013, went to Meadow point Soweto to withdraw money from the Kiosk.
the cashiers were very helpful since it was my first time withdrawing money using my cell phone,
it later turned out to be a depressing Saturday afternoon. As I walked off the kiosk I realised that the money that was given to me did not have coins, went back to re-count it., The biggest mistake I did was to use my both hands to count the notes, forgotten my cell phone on the counter. Went into my car as I drove I realised within 3min that I have left my phone on the counter, I did phone it with my other phone thrice, with no luck.
I then phoned Pick and pay landline, there lady managed to rush to see if she can find my cell phone. she got back to me after few minutes as I was on the road rushing for my event. She could not find it, I had hope since I knew that the Kiosk had cameras, she looked onto the cameras on my behalf, said I must come and view when ever I had an opportunity, went the following day, looked at the tape twice and the third time I saw that the tape had been tempered with.
The matter is currently handled by the owner and its dragging. my ear is they will remove more evidence.
