Abysmal level of service

Package was meant to arrive yesterday but didn't because the driver (Andrew) claims no one was at the gate to accept it. We run a company out of and have people who live on this property full-time, and have had deliveries for the past two days without issue. I call today at 1PM to get an update, and the driver says it'll be at my door before 4PM. 4:45PM comes around so I call again. As I gave my tracking number to the consultant, I was cut off. Called again, different consultant, and this same driver now tells her he was at my gate this morning at 8:30 and no one let him in (forgot to mention that earlier?). Again, this is impossible. I was offered an after-hours delivery for today before 7PM, and the driver got my cell number to make sure I'm there when he arrives. The previous consultant who got cut off leaves me a voicemail saying this same driver will see me before 5PM. It's now 8PM, no driver, no package, no phonecall, and if I check online tracking it now says my package will be delivered by the 25th, and that "future delivery has been requested". I feel that Andrew is either lying or delivering to the wrong address, and that feedback has been shocking. Please clear this up!
