We had the unfortunate experience of having to fly to Durban with SAA. Not only were we mis-informed about having to produce the credit card used to book the flight but the so-called "Team Leader", ELLA BANGERA, treated us like. She helped about 4 customers before us- despite being first in the queue and then she still had the audacity to verbally insult us with sarcastic comments!!! She took no interest in assisting us with our problem. This incident has taught us never to use or recommend this airline again!!
