Rude, Pathetic Refund Call Centre Staff

After my payment reflecting after a week, i call the refund department and i must send a copy of the bank statement STAMPED by the bank!!! WHY must it be stamped?? its dam reflecting that i paid twice for a flight because of yourlls system!!! I work!!! i must try take tym out of my day coz of Mangos problems just to get a stamp??? this is not going to end here!!!
