Still no refund after 3 weeks

Gooday, i booked my hubbys flight to capetown and back, 03/10 - 06/10. On the 5th after 7 in the eve an sms was sent to say that the flight for the 6th was cancelled. Flight JE322. He tried calling to query the sms and got answer or response so he booked a new flight and paid again. Since then i have been calling for a refund on that ticket and i have made many calls spoke to 3-4 different ppl and no joy. Asked for the manager and he was apparently out and didnt call back. I have all their names and emails were sent as well. Still nothing. My hubby flies to ct and jhb every week for work but we will never use mango ever again. I will be posting my next complaint about the airline in the paper as this is absolutely ridiculous. I will make every1 aware of the terrible service from mango.
