I contacted Flight Centre yesterday morning to get airfare prices. A very professional and energetic Altus attended to my query and gave me the information I needed. I then decided to visit the branch this afternoon in order to book my ticket, and was once again helped by Altus. He made everything seemless and easy, and not to mention that fantastic level of service that he has given me! If more companies operated in this manner, then our country would most definitely be a better place to shop... Good customer service is an extremely rare commodity. Thank you Altus and Flight Centre Kyalami, you're the best!!!
