Made a booking for 20 march 2013 for a loft and standard room.
Paid a deposit 1 week before arrival.
Phoned to confirm 1 hour before check.
When we arrived the loft unit was given to someone else.
We are two couples and recieved a room with two single beds.
I was told that i am the worst client they had because i requested a double bed.
Jean did not want to give my deposit back and after a long dispute we left.
