Bad Driving

Hi,

I would like to lay a complaint against Eldo Coaches.

I traveled with them on the 30 April from Gauteng to Durban, the driver drove badly and the bus was in such a bad state, I had to sit in a broken seat for 7hrs.

That's not all, I used the same coach coming up to Gauteng on the 6 May only to find out it was the same broken bus, we got to the hfway stop (Montrose) and the bus broke down we had to sit there for 4hrs and the bus driver not giving us any feedback. Some people caught lifts with strangers and other coaches.

Worst experience ever nevermind services and all they customer service had to say is there is nothing we can do.
