We reserved 3 family rooms from 1-4 June 2013 and specified that each room will be occupied by 2 adults & 2 children of ages less than 7 years. We paid the deposit for all 3 rooms to reserve them. On arrival on the 1 June 2013 at 12h00 we were told that check in is only at 14h00. We then returned at 14h00 and we were given wrong rooms with showers only and single beds instead of the queen beds and 2 single beds not as per booking. The balance after the deposit was wrong by R2000 and we had to query until they corrected it. We only checked in after 17h00 tired and exhausted of complaing to everybody until the manager intervened. The swimming pool was being renovated and without water and we were told that we cant go to Durban for a swimming pool. On complaining we were only given one family room and told the other family rooms are still being renovated and that we will be reimbursed for the other 2 rooms the difference of what we have paid in order to take accomodation of the unrenovated rooms; that is still not done. We then complained the following day and were given a 2nd family room that was renovated. We never got reimbursed for the third room. Bad SERVICE. The hotel is nice.
