My customer booked my flight. I flew down to CTN with no problems. When I checked in to fly back I was told I now had to produce the credit card the booking was made with. How often do companies pay for flights for their staff? Often. I nearly missed my flight because of this ridiculous request. On the booking print out there is no notice of this requirement. Further I had proof of payment? I find this ridiculous. The manager let me go, but when I complained she gave me total attitude and did not care. When I said it was a ridiculous thing to request when lots of people for companies do this, she could not care. I said kululula don't do this and she could not care. What a joke...
