I phoned SAA's Customer Care line to cancel a ticket booking for 1 person and the operator cancelled the whole booking of 3 people. I was told that i must rebook my flight tickets, which are now almost a R1000 extra per person than when i originally booked, plus have to pay the cancellation fee and then the cost to phone SAA customer care line is ridiculous. They tell me it is my fault that they cancelled the whole booking. i am still waiting for a manager to contact me. How can a company which offers a service work like this and expect for people to want to use them again??
