Inconvenience New Bus Route

Hi. am very dissatisfied with the way bus routes get changed without much consideration for ALL commuters. It seems decisions are taken randomly. Have adjusted with the Hadfield/Arcadia bus times, change from bus every 12mins to 24mins which was so inconvenient that I decided to use the Pretoria bus instead to/from Sunnyside, one stop before the UNISA stop or Heart Hospital. Three days before this weekend noticed on the pole that the route will discontinue. Why did it change. This is so inconvenient as I have purchased a Rosebank to Pretoria 35 day pass and now I need to be back at Hadfield due to new change ..I have not budgetted for this inconvenience when the 35 day was purchased. New bus routes is not even close to Sunnyside. Better if busses passing Park street be back to every 12mins or continue with the busses passing Unisa. Either way will work as it is not me alone who feel this way as many other commuters voiced their grievance. What about my 35 day pass which cannot be used at Hadfield as I need t spend extra cash ..as I was not aware of the changes in time or else would have made provision for it. Have emaild seperately to Gautrain and no response yet to my concern...
