Been using APS for quite some time as I commute to King Shaka. I returned to ORT on Monday 4th Feb. and called as usual on arrival for my vehicle to be brought to terminal B departures, the normal meeting point. Vehicle arrived with APS manager in tow to inform me that they had damaged my vehicle. He was very apologetic and I was told not to be concerned as they would repair the damage. NO SUCH LUCK!!! Every time we called to enquire as to when the vehicle would be repaired we were informed by the manager that they were busy with their insurance. I tried speaking to the owner but was informed that he does not take calls I finally needed to claim from my own insurance, pay the excess and lose my no claim bonus.
I appreciate that their terms and conditions have a disclaimer but, THEY PROMISED TO REPAIR the vehicle,
Be careful, very careful.
