DISSAPPOINTMENT - POOR SERVICE

I have be trying to arrange for accommodation specifically in Mosselbay, Hartenbos area for 2 adults. I initially tried for February, but do realise it was too short notice and that area is fully booked during that time. I then re-arranged my plans and put in a request for March for dates 4th to 18th March. I have been told that stocks for that area and dates have not yet been released so QVC is unable to accommodate me. My question is, how long before the time do they realease the stocks in order for members to make reservations. I have spoken to 3 different agents today, and my request to speak to a Manager has been totally ignored. I informed the agents I am prepared to accept any accommodation, for any date, just as long as it is in the M'bay, Hartenbos area, and it is for 2 consecutive weeks. I am just very dissappointed at the fact that I have to wait a long drawn-out period on the phone, and then still am not able to speak to any manager, i am totally ignored in this fact.
