I refer to the above matter. On the 28th Day of February I requested quotes from your company FLIGHT CENTRE, (return full economy class tickets) and on the 1st of March I paid the quoted price of R 36, 159.00 for ten for full economy class tickets to Cape Town. The lady who assisted me known as PELMA DIMANA booked a lower economy class and in questioning her about the request I made which is on the email attachment which stated that I want a full economy class, she said she did not open the attachment.
There are two of my clients who were booked on a lower economy class same flight, same time to Cape Town but the prices are not the same and she did not give me clarity on that aspect. She charged me extra R 900-00, R1300-00, and R 9000-00 for all the changes I made which I paid R 5 800-00 of the R 9000 I was charged on the 06/03/2013 with the intention of paying the outstanding R3200-00 the following day as I have exhausted my funds for the day. After looking at my records I realised I was not given what I have requested, and being charged extra I find it to be inappropriate.
