Gross incompetence and bad service for Argus

We booked our flights for the Argus 2013 ages ago. Then Kulula institutes this new "idea" that customers must pay now for their bikes to go to Cape Town at R300 per one way trip. A total of R1200 for only 2 people going to the race. Everyone agrees that is a rip-off since you don't have a choice, but that is besides the point. I book and pay this ludicrous amount on 28 Feb, and the agent says that confirmation of the proof of payment will be mailed so that I can drop off the bikes as per kulula procedures. Subsequent to four telephones calls to try and get this elusive email, I still don't have it. The fault is blamed at the foot of the "Argus department" who is supposed to confirm this with the client. I am unable to speak to anyone in the mysterious "Argus dept" to get my email. So the lady in the call centre gets an extremely irate customer complaining about procedures instituted by Kulula which don't work, because of their procedures put in place to make them more money! This is unacceptable to me as a consumer as my only time to drop my bikes off is tomorrow morning which is 3 days before we leave, and 4 days after it was meant to open. I can't believe the incompetence!
