BIKE TRANSPORT FEE RECEIPT

Had to book and pay R1200.00 for two bikes to Argus, credit card payment went through my account on Wednesday 27th Feb, awatiing the receipt that allows me to take the bikes to check in at airport.
Bikes have to be at the drop off point 3 days before you fly, flight is booked Sat 9th March so bikes have to be dropped off tomorrow Tuesday 5th March, unable to do this as no receipt, one hour on the phone to call centre and unable to help.
If we cannot get a receipt then no transport to Cape Town, totally inadequate service for an additional fee, any other flight you can transport your bike for free as your one piece of luggage.
