FAILED BY INTERCAPE AND LOST A CONTRACT

I`m so disappointed with the service l got from one of your tellers at the Johannesburg park station . the lady made a mistake on my ticket to east London on Friday the 11th of this month, instead of making the booking for that particular day, she went on to make a booking for the 12th .. when l came back trying to show her the mistake she has made, she erupted telling me that she is the supervisor and she cannot refund me my money... from the word go, this young lady by the name of Desree was absent minded licking her ice cream in front of the customers ..we so disappointed with the service we received as we have been supporting you guys from forever (Xchange stock markets). because of all this, we lost a lot of money and a contract with a prospective investor as l failed to travel and get to my destination in time
