I am disappointed in the terrible services received from intercape and their staff.
First of all we booked our tickets in the week and we were told monies should be paid on a certain time and it has to be on time or they'd cancel the reservation however I have made sure it was paid and made sure of the departure dates and the arrival times which was understood.
I arrived at the depot (park station) few hours earlier to avoid delays with regards to packing and so forth.
14H30 I was supposed to leave and no answers from staff all we get is I don't know we are still waiting for the bus and any sort of feedback.
I've never ever been this disappointed in travel transportation
