I would like to take this opportunity to extend my sincere thanks and appreciation to Keya Clarke who has gone way beyond the call of duty to assist me to secure the booking of my holiday after a very bad experience with her receptionist. Keya has tried her best to assist me for the dates that I had reqiured. She was courteous and sympathetic when I shared my disappoinment in the quality of service I received from her receptionist with her. She was very professional, keeping me informed of her progress.
