Dishonest management at Club Leisure

In Dec2012 I was called by an agent who informed me that I had won a free holiday from FlexiClub/Club Leisure. All I needed to do was come in for a presentation & the prize was mine. I did this and received a certificate indicating that I had won a free holiday (reedemable within a [URL Removed] law this would be a valid contract as there was an offer met with acceptance. Upon redeeming my prize i received pathetic service and unfortuantely was to and accordingly could not book my holiday via phone or email. I then decided to go into there offices & explained the service I received. The person at the help desk was shocked & provided my with the managers details for the department, Val Currins. I called Val who promised that she would resolve the issue & could not understand why I had received such treatment. I had emailed her the details as requested (including my certificate stating I was entitled to a free holiday). Sadly thereafter i was unable to get hold of Val via the telephone and she did not respond to any of my emails. If this is the service I received prior to becoming a member (i was considering joining) I cant imagine how they treat those that are locked into this scheme
