I signed up for The Holiday Club membership through ECB Leisure, the marketing agents on 13 April 13. I then rescinded my members on 15 April 2013. This was done within 5 days of signing the contract.
I sent e-mails, faxes and registered mail to The Holiday Club notifying them of my cancellation. So today, 27 May 2013 I called The Holiday Club to request my overdue account. I spoke to a lady called Mamsy Yalo who confirmed my cancellation. But cannot issue a refund because my money is with the marketing agents, ECB leisure.
My e-mails to the agent GMP Burger/reserverations at ECB web and assist at the holiday club from 15 April 2013 have not been responded to.
I want ECB Leisure Group to refund my money.
